1. Introduction

  1. The website siggigroup.co.il (the "Website") is operated by דרה פרופשיונל, company no. 307341115, of המלך שאול 3, אשדוד (the "Company"). The Company markets in Israel professional apparel and workwear of the SIGGI brand, manufactured by Siggi Group S.p.A., Italy ("Siggi Italy").
  2. Using the Website, including browsing, viewing the catalog, requesting a quote or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
  3. These Terms are published in Hebrew, Russian and English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

  • "User" – any individual or entity that browses the Website or uses its services.
  • "Customer" – a User who places an order or requests a quote through the Website.
  • "Consumer" – a Customer who purchases a product for personal, household or family use, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  • "Business Customer" – a Customer who purchases products for business purposes, including restaurants, hotels, medical facilities, beauty salons, educational institutions and public authorities.
  • "Products" – professional apparel, workwear, personal protective equipment (PPE), medical apparel, hospitality and food service (HORECA) apparel, beauty industry apparel and any other products shown on the Website.
  • "Personalized Product" – a product ordered with embroidery, printing, a logo, a name or any other modification at the Customer's request.

3. Use of the Website

  1. The Website may be used by adults aged 18 or over, or by minors with the consent of a parent or guardian. Placing an order requires a valid means of payment registered in the name of the person ordering or used with its owner's authorization.
  2. The Website may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including posting offensive content, infringing third-party rights, attempting to breach the Website's systems, or running robots or automated data collection without the Company's prior written consent.
  3. The Company may block a User's access to the Website or cancel an order if the User breaches these Terms or provides false information.
  4. The Company may change the Website's structure, content and services, or discontinue its operation, at any time and without prior notice.

4. Products and Prices

  1. The Company makes every effort to present the Products accurately. Product images are for illustration only, and there may be slight differences in shade, texture and detail between an image and the actual product, among other things due to screen settings.
  2. Size charts on the Website are for guidance only. We recommend checking the size chart of each model before ordering.
  3. Prices on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices in quotes for Business Customers may be stated excluding VAT, as indicated in the quote.
  4. The Company may update prices, promotions and stock availability at any time. The binding price is the price displayed when the order is completed. In the event of an obvious clerical error in a product's price or description, the Company may cancel the order and refund the Customer in full.
  5. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders and Quotes

  1. An order on the Website is completed once the required details have been filled in and the credit card company has approved the payment. An order confirmation, including the transaction details required by law, will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
  2. Business Customers and institutions may request a quote for bulk or customized orders through the contact form. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and is subject to stock availability.
  3. For Personalized Products, the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the text, logo and files provided, and represents that it owns the rights to them or is authorized to use them. Production will begin only after the Customer approves the proof.
  4. The Company may decline an order, among other things if the product is out of stock, if misuse is suspected, or if the logo or content provided is offensive or infringes any rights.

6. Payment

  1. Payment on the Website is made by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Isracard. Business Customers may also pay by bank transfer or on credit terms, subject to an agreement with the Company.
  2. Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form to the payment processor, and the Company does not store full credit card details.
  3. A tax invoice will be emailed to the Customer after the transaction.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Products are shipped throughout Israel, by courier. Self-pickup can be arranged at תמוז 14, אשדוד.
  2. Delivery of in-stock products takes up to 7 business days from order confirmation. The delivery time for Personalized Products or products ordered from Italy will be provided to the Customer when ordering.
  3. Shipping fees are shown before the order is completed. Free shipping on orders over NIS 1,000.
  4. Delays caused by force majeure, the security situation, strikes or other circumstances beyond the Company's control will not be considered a breach of these Terms. In such a case, the Company will notify the Customer, and the Customer may cancel the order for a full refund.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation of a transaction by a Consumer is governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010.

  1. A Consumer may cancel a transaction from the date it was made until 14 days from the date the product was received or the date the transaction details document was received, whichever is later.
  2. A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant (within 5 years of receiving that status) may cancel a transaction made in a conversation (including by telephone or video call) within 4 months of the transaction date, provided they present a certificate proving their status.
  3. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email to info@siggigroup.co.il, by phone at 052-4221519 or via the contact form on the Website, and must include the Consumer's name, the order number and their ID number.
  4. The product must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging and with its tags. The product must be returned to the Company's offices or by courier by arrangement, at the Consumer's expense, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity.
  5. If the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  6. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, using the payment method used for the transaction.
  7. In accordance with the law, transactions for products made specifically for the Consumer, including Personalized Products (embroidery, printing, logo or name), and for products that by their nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened, cannot be cancelled.
  8. A defective product or a product that does not match the order will be exchanged or refunded free of charge, provided the Customer reports it within 14 days of receipt.
  9. Cancellation of orders by Business Customers who are not Consumers is subject to the terms of the quote or the agreement between the parties.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. The SIGGI and Dr. Blue trademarks, as well as the brand's product designs, patents, logo and content, belong to Siggi Italy and are used by the Company with permission. The MasterChef trademark and related content belong to their respective owners.
  2. All content on the Website, including text, images, videos, graphics, catalogs and the Website's design, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed, published or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.
  3. You may share links to pages of the Website, provided this is not done in a misleading or harmful manner.

10. Privacy and Data Security

  1. The Company collects and processes personal information provided by Users (such as name, phone number, email, address and business details) in order to handle orders and inquiries, provide service, comply with legal requirements and improve the Website, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted under it.
  2. Users are not obliged to provide information, but without the required details it will not be possible to complete an order or handle an inquiry.
  3. The Company will not disclose personal information to third parties, except to service providers acting on its behalf (such as the payment processor, the shipping company and hosting services), to Siggi Italy for the purpose of fulfilling an order, or where required by law.
  4. The Website uses cookies and analytics tools to operate the Website and improve the browsing experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect some of the Website's functions.
  5. Marketing messages will be sent only to those who have given their explicit consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting the Company.
  6. Users may review the information about them held by the Company and request its correction or deletion by contacting info@siggigroup.co.il.

11. Accessibility

The Company works to make the Website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568. 12. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Website and its services are provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that the Website will operate without faults or interruptions, and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Website or the inability to use it.
  2. The user is responsible for the correct use of the Products, including personal protective equipment. Follow the washing, care and use instructions on the label and in the product information sheets, and make sure the product is suitable for the risks present in the workplace.
  3. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including Siggi Italy's websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
  4. Nothing in this section derogates from a Consumer's rights under any law.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the Website at the time of the order or use of the Website. The date of the last update appears at the top of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of the Website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these Terms and the use of the Website, without derogating from a Consumer's right to file a claim in the court of their place of residence.
